Solution Manager - ChaRM expert

Description of the project "This opportunity is to perform a proof of concept (POC) for the Solution Manager - ChaRM implementation at . The goal is prove whether or not Solution Manager - ChaRM is a viable replacement for a custom Lotus Notes application/database application used for managing system changes while ensuring compliance with SDLC (System Development Lifecycle Compliance) and SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) processes." Summary of tasks "- Mentor SAP SMEs in the implementation of ChaRM with particular emphasis on compliance for s system change management policies and procedures, including approvals. - Participate in solution design workshops with architecture. - Guide the implementation of ChaRM as a proof of concept for a controled promotion process - Provide guidance on ChaRM processes, including: - retrofiting existing transports - managing transport approvals - decoupling transports requests from change control - assigning external transport requests into the same change control - integration with HP Service Manager - Work with Project Manager to build a presentation that explains delivery, dependancies, sequencing of activities and identifiying solution delivery risks" Skills (Indicate the number of years of experience for each requirement) "5 experienced as a SAP Solution Manager ChaRM specialist Very good understanding of Sarbanes Oxley requirements Experience with SAP Correction and Transport CTS and CTS+ Experienced in implementing multiple SAP Solution Manager ChaRM projects Experience in leading and mentoring a team in SAP Solution Manager ChaRM Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
