We are looking a talent acquisition specialist for a leading Cloud technology provider with a focus on innovative solutions. Its main offering, The Connected Cloud, is a hybrid, public and private Cloud services platform based on Open Source technology with a robust catalogue of services for organizations, service providers and ISVs. Built with the end-user in mind.
The platform is available through a global partner ecosystem to facilitate both local data
requirements as well as global, multinational companies.
Main responsibilities
Drive the full cycle recruitment process for Montreal and Seattle;
Develop robust strategies for recruitment
Leading talent acquisition activities for dynamic and fast paced company
Develop and update job descriptions;
Perform job and tasks analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
Source and attract candidates by using Social Medias, Meetups, networking etc.;
Conduct bilingual interviews on the phone and face to face (English & French);
Create several recruitment programs (e.g: Interships);
Act as point of contact and build influential relationships and networking;
Contribute to our external communication on social media
About you
Must have a 3-5 years of experience working as an IT Recruiter
Focused on results
Ability to propose creative recruitment solutions and strategies and to think outside the box
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and French
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and deal with change and shifting
requirements.
