Solution Architect for Complex Application and System Proactive Monitoring

IT is building an PMO team to support the delivery of this program. TASKS Team up with PTC Lead architect to design, build and integrate a complex event system management & proactive monitoring to allow fast problem determination and appropriate decision making through complex event correlation. MUST HAVE • 15 yrs experience (minimum) including at least 5 as an architect • Knowledge of custom software, 3rd party integration, proactive monitoring systems and error recovery • Knowledge of corporate monitoring tools such as HP OMi • Knowledge of industry specific monitoring tools such as COSMA, COBRA, Lilee SMG and PTCWise is an asset • Experienced in transition from development stage to support and production readiness of monitoring systems, problem determination work instructions and support model • Strong experience in day to day production reality – availability , root cause and correlation analysis • Proven experience in managing design, integration and implementation of support model and error recovery based on proactive monitoring and event correlation throughout all layers from vertical to horizontal (HW, OS, Middleware, Application – system to system , subsystem to subsystem)

We need strong skills ( see attached ) so ‘ almost there ‘ candidates will not be considered . • We need good and efficient coders / scripters ( ex -developers are best choices for potential candidates ) • We absolutely need ALM /UFT ( QTP ) background ( other tools are assets ) • Candidates can be remote for some short periods , but on site work is required majority of time .
