Architecte technologique sénior (Mandat de 6 mois)

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Architecte technologique sénior afin de réaliser un mandat chez un de ses clients.

Les responsabilités du poste sont :

• Set and manage Stakeholder’s expectation;

• Recommend solutions;

• Manage vendor relationships;

• Mediate between infrastructure and development groups;

• Provide training on specific tools;

• Participate in architecture reviews and /or audits;

• Define and maintain documentation of infrastructure and technology standard, processes, and policies related to core infrastructure

• Design the technical infrastructure;

• Effectively integrate solutions into the existing infrastructure, document currents state architecture;

• Consult on development projects;

• Help deploy solutions that meet business, technical requirements and software licensing agreements;

• Recommend process improvements to achieve cost and performance efficiency;

• Provide technical infrastructure support, on –call support, and support for escalated trouble tickets from operation issues, resolve implementation issues, communicate system requirements, and resolve systems integration issues;

• Ensure that the infrastructure is fully robust, highly available and capable of handling projected capacity;

• Assist in the procurement process for new technologies, and help manage the current suite of technology from a budget and licensing perspective;

• Develops and monitors the organization's technology architecture and plays a leading role in the vision and development of the company's future technology;

• Review critical application and infrastructure environments and ensure appropriate lifecycle viability and support;

• Ensure existing environments are appropriately engineered and provisioned and with the operational teams to address problem areas;

• Identifies implements and monitors best practices for technology architecture, while providing expert advice on core infrastructure initiatives.

Le profil recherché est le suivant :

• 10 ans d’expérience en architecture d’infrastructure;

• Connaissance des technologies : Oracle, AIX, WebSphere, VMware, OVM, JBoss, Serveurs Windows, Linux, VDI, SQL, Tomcat, Windows, VDI, Cloud, SAN.

• Bilingue;

• Ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate; successful track record of effective vendor management;

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and vendor landscape; ability to balance cost against benefits;

• Understanding of business drivers and all stakeholders’ requirements; understanding of documentation and frameworks; experience in capacity and performance management;

• Basic understanding of EA concepts, industry standards, and best practices; highly motivated; ability to lead and influence;

• Experience in infrastructure-related role; proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; strong technical design skills; understanding of application life-cycle management;

• Hands-on experience and expertise with specific technologies relevant to organization needs, including varied systems software and multiple platforms; creative thinking; innovative approach to problem solving.
