As a Client Network Support Specialist , you will be responsible for the management, evolution, and maintaining complex client network environment of our global network infrastructure. You will work autonomously and be responsible of Network telecom environment.

You’ll be working on things like:
Monitoring and optimizing network performance
Resolving technical problems with a ticketing program
Responding to various client IT needs
Responding to requests and troubleshoot problems related to networking, IP telephony, IT administration in general
Supporting the telecommunications and IP telephony infrastructure
Managing firewalls and intrusion detection systems
We are looking for someone that has:
2-3 years of experience in network and telecommunication
Expertise in Cisco IP Telephony environment (Call Manager, Cisco Unity and Cisco UCCX (BAT)
Expertise in the TCP/IP network stack is required. None of these acronyms should scare you: VLAN, GRE, BGP, OSPF, SIP, H.323, DHCP, DNS, QoS
Strong written communication skills in french and english
Knowledge in both physical and virtual devices used in the configuration of IP networks (routers, servers, firewall, VPN, etc.,)
Experience in client-facing role
Prior experience on the following will be a significant advantage:
Cisco routers, Catalyst, and ASA devices
CCNA, CCNA Voice
Experience with Cisco call manager
Flexible to the company's technological orientation changes
Excellent approach with client
Bilingual (French and English)
Fast learner in a fast-past environment
